BUSINESS GAME PRACTICAL MARKETING
Expert Sergey Tkachenkohttps://www.linkedin.com/in/serghey-tkachenko

This business game is designed specifically for young people and students who want to try their hand at marketing and management, gain real-world decision-making skills, and experience the dynamics of a real market. Participants become the heads of virtual companies: they analyze customer needs, study competitors, create their own products, set prices, develop advertising, and devise a promotion strategy. Every decision impacts sales, profits, and the company’s position in the simulation.

The game is based on a computerized marketing simulator that simulates real-world market processes and demonstrates how consumer behavior changes in response to your actions. This allows students to see how marketing tools work in practice and understand which decisions truly yield results. The format combines brief expert explanations with active teamwork: participants discuss ideas, test strategic approaches, respond to market changes, and analyze their results. The game helps develop critical thinking, creativity, teamwork skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and adapt to change. It’s a safe and engaging opportunity to try your hand at business and marketing, gaining experience that will be useful in real-world professional work.
