ABOUT US
The INSPIRE Network (Inter-University Network for Sustainable Peace, Innovation, Research, and Education) — collaborative initiative was launched in the Republic of Moldova, bringing together universities and NGOs.
In 2025, the INSPIRE Academy of Future Leaders will host three specialized schools, each designed to equip young leaders with the knowledge and skills to address global challenges and drive meaningful change in their communities. Previous experience could be found at https://peace.education.md
INSPIRE Network established Centers for Civic and Global Engagement within participating universities. They serve as local hubs for collaboration, offering resources and support for students and young researchers.
InspireEdu (Inspiring Education for Future Leaders) – is a project funding by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Moldova

INSPIRE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - 2025: Three Transformative Schools
Strategic Leadership and Sustainable Peace Development
Dates: 15-17 May, 2025
Place: Chisinau
Daily Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The program is highly intensive, which includes interactive workshops, case studies, and group discussions. Additionally, participants will take part in excursions, providing hands-on learning experiences and deeper insights into real-world applications.
Tech Peacemakers: Digital Solutions for Social Cohesion
Dates: 25-27 September, 2025
Place: Comrat, Tekwill
Daily Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The program is highly intensive, which includes interactive workshops, case studies, and group discussions. Additionally, participants will take part in excursions, providing hands-on learning experiences and deeper insights into real-world applications.
Tech Peacemakers: Digital Solutions for Social Cohesion
This intensive course equips emerging leaders with the skills to harness technology for positive societal impact. Participants will explore cutting-edge tools like AI, blockchain, and data analytics while addressing the ethical and social dimensions of technology.
Rooted in peacebuilding and social cohesion, the program emphasizes how digital innovation can bridge divides, foster inclusion, and strengthen trust in communities. Key topics include cybersecurity, responsible tech use, and combating misinformation.
Key Focus Areas: Emerging Technologies and Leadership in Tech; Digital Transformation and Innovation Management; Cybersecurity Awareness and Sustainability in Tech; Diversity and Inclusion in Tech; Future Skills and Workforce Development; Mentorship and Coaching.
Future Voices: Media and Communication for Young Innovators
Dates: 23-25 October, 2025
Place: Tiraspol, Business Hub
Daily Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The program is highly intensive, which includes interactive workshops, case studies, and group discussions. Additionally, participants will take part in excursions, providing hands-on learning experiences and deeper insights into real-world applications.
Future Voices: Media and Communication for Young Innovators
This intensive program is designed to equip young innovators with essential communication skills to effectively convey their ideas in a rapidly changing media landscape. Participants will explore key topics such as storytelling techniques, public speaking, and digital literacy, empowering them to engage diverse audiences across various platforms. The program emphasizes ethical media practices, visual communication, and personal branding while also covering conflict resolution, cultural awareness, and leadership for social cohesion.

Language Requirements
The School is conducted in Russian, Romanian, and English with translation provided. Proficiency in at least one of these languages is required

Applicants can apply for all three Schools. However, only the 10 most active participants will have the opportunity to attend all three programs in 2025
